Bio:

Founder and Managing Director of Practical Resolutions Inc., which helps organizations and individuals involved in technology and intellectual property disputes resolve them in an efficient, cost-effective way, through facilitated negotiations, mediation and arbitration.

Partner of Deeth Williams Wall LLP.  Called to the Ontario bar in 1988;  registered trade-mark agent.  Practicing information technology and intellectual property law for 20 years.  Areas of expertise include Internet; electronic commerce; patents, trademarks and copyright; technology licensing; outsourcing; and the mediation and arbitration of technology disputes.

Michael has negotiated hundreds of IT contracts and has mediated many IT disputes.  He has acted as arbitrator in several commercial and IT matters.
