2012 Annual National Conference Sponsorship - Event Details
Date: October 25, 2012 to October 26, 2012
Registrants attend plenary sessions of interest to the entire field and then select from among four specialty streams including topics such as: New Technology and ADR: The Future Has Arrived!; ADR and Stress and Crisis in the Workplace; New Niches: Off-shore Energy; Using Experts in Mediation and Arbitration; Managing Intergenerational Issues Between Parties in Mediation; Marketing your ADR Practice; New Psychological Perspectives on Conflict Resolution Techniques: Where Have We Been, Where are We Going?; Using ADR to Resolve Individual Issues in Class Actions; Collaborative Family Law and Advocacy; and much more. Topics are timely and developed to reflect current issues across Canada.
